Meet the 2010 ABFM Vendors

As we launch our second market season, the ABFM welcomes both returning and new vendors for 2010. As farmers and specialty goods producers from within our regional foodshed, our vendors are committed to bringing the freshest and best our local communities have to offer.

At the 2010 ABFM, you’ll find gorgeous vegetables and fruits, of course. But in addition, look for sustainably raised poultry and meats; cheeses; artisanal breads; delectable handcrafted baked goods; herbs and cut flowers; potted perennial plants; bagels; specialty cocoas; goat's milk soaps; and more!

We hope you’ll not only shop at the market, but also talk with our vendors to learn more about where and how they grow, raise, and create good food and products. Vendors will often have suggestions for recipes, or great ideas for using that crazy-looking produce with which you're not familiar (kohlrabi, anyone?).

Please stop by the ABFM table at market for our beautiful 2010 ABFM recycled-content shopping bags and our ABFM aprons, and to learn more about the importance of "local," "organic," "sustainable," and other issues in food, agriculture, health, environment, and economy.
